HSD Mechatronics designs, produces and sells electrospindles, 2-axis milling heads and technologically advanced components for machining metal, alloys, composite materials and wood. It boasts a structure of 8,000 sq. metres, organised according to the principles of “just-in-time” production. It has its HQ in Italy, and 5 branches located in the main market countries.

OSAI cnc is a leading company in the development and production of customised numerical control automation solutions.
Established as an Olivetti Industrial Automation Division in 1957, our consolidated know-how enables us to satisfy every specific customer request with customized high-tech solutions.
Sixty years of experience in the world of numerical control and a global vision of the machine tool market, enriched over time also thanks to the hardware and software skills acquired during the various changes of ownership.
In 2019, after a period within the Prima Industrie group, OSAI cnc became one of the main companies in the Italian numerical control market and an international reference for applications in the wood, glass, stone and metal sectors.
Planetary Gearboxes
The ethical approach and passion which were the drivers for Enzo and Ivo back when it all began in 1957 have remained intact over time. This has been possible thanks to these values being instilled in the second generation Siboni’s who began working in the family company in the ‘80s.
In conjunction with the celebration of the first fifty years of business the headquarters were extended in 2007 and the factory now occupies 3000 square metres of covered and air-conditioned working space.
The event signalled the handing over of the reins from the first to the second generation Siboni’s, with the second generation challenged with managing technological transitions which amongst other things require that electric motor and planetary gearbox producers understand all motion and motion control components and processes.
